Our client is a staffing organization with extensive experience recruiting professionals in the Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Recruiter to join their team! Hourly rate paid in USD: $10 + Commissions Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm ESTResponsibilities: Manage full cycle recruitment process for the hiring of contract and direct hire employees for Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing jobs throughout the US Identify, engage, and recruit candidates utilizing our ATS, social media, job boards, proprietary databases, industry associations, universities, and candidate referrals Contact and screen prospective candidates to assess skills and determine potential job matches Manage candidate and job order information in JobDiva (ATS) Work closely with KMG team members located in the US and LATAM Requirements: 3+ years of prior engineering, supply chain and manufacturing staffing industry required (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid experience in using recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, other job boards) Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent) Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment Benefits: Work from home Access to diverse projects Opportunities for professional growth Collaboration with diverse teams No commute time No dress code (unless there’s a meeting!)
